ごきげんよう。大妻生とロレート生は各家庭で自由時間を過ごしました。

私はロレート生と一緒に和菓子作り体験をしました。日本人の私にとっても和菓子作りは新鮮な体験で、とても楽しかったです。ロレート生も真剣に取り組み、細かい部分まで丁寧に仕上げていました。完成した和菓子を一緒に食べながら、日本の文化について話すことができたのも良い思い出になりました。

明日はお別れの日なので寂しいですが、残された時間を最大限に楽しみたいと思います！

12月20日
ごきげんよう。本日、大妻ではオーストラリアの「Loreto College」から来日中の留学生たちとともに終業式を執り行いました。

終業式では、ロレート生たちが日本語と英語でスピーチを行い、大妻生から温かい拍手が送られました。

また、休み時間には、大妻生も積極的にコミュニケーションをとる姿が見られました。K-POPやアニメといった共通の話題で盛り上がり、会話に花を咲かせていたようです。

4日間の留学受け入れも、これで最終日となります。4日間という時間は思ったより短く、ようやく打ち解けてきたところでのお別れとなり、少し名残惜しい気持ちです。それでも、いつかまたどこかで会えることを願い、笑顔で見送りました。

December 19th
Greetings. Otsuma students and Loreto students spent free time with their host families.

I participated in a Japanese sweets-making experience with the Loreto students. Even for me, as a Japanese student, it was a refreshing and exciting activity. The Loreto students worked with great focus, carefully crafting beautifully detailed sweets. We enjoyed eating the sweets together afterward, sharing stories and learning more about Japanese culture, which became a wonderful memory.

Tomorrow is the farewell day, and while I feel sad, I want to make the most of the time we have left and enjoy it to the fullest!

December 20th
Greetings. Today at Otsuma, we held the closing ceremony with the Loreto students visiting from Australia.

During the ceremony, the Loreto students gave short speeches in both Japanese and English, receiving warm applause from the Otsuma students.

During breaks, Otsuma students actively engaged in conversations with the Loreto students. They bonded over shared interests like K-pop and anime, chatting enthusiastically.

Today marks the final day of their four-day visit. Four days felt shorter than expected, and just as everyone was starting to feel more comfortable with each other, it was time to say goodbye. Even so, we bid them farewell with smiles, hoping to meet again someday.
